- Our prices have been optimized based on the quality of product and support services offered by Magnify Host. We feel that we are offering the best possible price in the web hosting industry for the services offered. Therefore, we will not price match any of our services.
- What fees should I expect?
- We do not have any hidden fees on any of our services. Just be cautious that some of our services cannot be used alone and require additional add-ons. One such example is the use of an SSL Certificate. In order to use an SSL Certificate, you will need to purchase a dedicated IP address (this is a required add-on and is not determined by Magnify Host). Therefore, when purchasing a product, such as an SSL Certificate, don't get surprised if you are charged with an additional fee for a dedicated IP (these are standard procedures and are not considered as "hidden fees"). If you have any questions regarding fees on your order, please contact our sales team (1-877-708-HOST) and we will be glad to assist you.

Domains
- What Types of Domains Do You Sell and Support? How Much Do They Cost?
- We support all domains. We sell only .com, .org, .net, .info, and .us domains. Domain prices vary based on your domain extension (such as .com). You may review our current prices on the domain page.
- I Have a Domain from a Different Provider. Can I Still Use Your Hosting?
- Yes, simply direct the domain to our name servers (ns1.magnifyhost.com and ns2.magnifyhost.com).
- Can I Buy a Domain from Magnify Host and Use It with My Existing Host?
- We are a hosting service and provide domains as an add-on service. Therefore, you can only purchase a domain if you purchase hosting.
Hosting
- What Is the Difference Between Shared and Reseller Hosting?
- Shared hosting places your website on our servers alongside the websites other customers. Our reseller hosting places your website on separate servers with very low load times. Reseller hosting customers have the advantage of selling parts of their resources to other people, while shared hosting customers are limited to using the resources for themselves only.
- Which One Is Right for Me?
- Reseller hosting would be suitable for you if you own or manage multiple websites, or if you want to become a third-party host to resell hosting services. Reselling is also useful if you are web developer working on numerous individual projects. Shared Hosting is a sufficient choice if you have only one website to host, or if you are hosting multiple small (low resource) websites.
- What Can I Host?
- You can host anything, as long as you abide by our Acceptable Use Policy.

- How Can Attain an SSL Certificate?
- We provide SSL Certificates. You can purchase them by submitting a support ticket through the backend of your website.
- Which One Is Right for Me?
- The brief descriptions on the SSL Certificate page address the target audience for each SSL Certificate. Pick the one that fits your project's needs.
- What If I Have My Own SSL Certificate?
