Host Coach is a one-on-one service offered exclusively by Magnify Host. With the Host Coach service, you will be given the opportunity to spend a full hour with our talented coaches who are professionally trained to guide you through the setup process of your website.
Who Is the Coach?
Our coaches are experienced web developers who have experience of working within the web development industry for several years. They are trained and certified to assist you in getting your website up and running.
How Much Does It Cost?
We would like each of our customers to achieve web success. Therefore, Host Coach is a free service available with the purchase of any of our hosting packages.
Where Do I Sign Up?
You can sign up for our Host Coach service when you create your account, or you can sign up via the backend of your website within 2 weeks of account registration.
When Can I Schedule My Host Coach Session?
You may contact your Host Coach via email to schedule an appointment.

Why Do I Need Hosting?
You need hosting to store your website for online access.
Can I Upgrade or Downgrade My Account?
Our reseller and shared hosting packages are completely independent of each other. You cannot upgrade or downgrade between shared and reseller plans, but you can upgrade or downgrade within the plan. For example, you may switch from our 10x reseller to 100x reseller plan. However, you may not switch from our shared Magnifico hosting plan to our 10x reseller plan.

What Is a Domain?
A domain is an alias used to access your website. For instance, MagnifyHost.com is a domain for accessing the Magnify Host website.
Do I Need a Domain to Have a Website?
Yes, you need a domain to have a website. If you have your domain already, you can go ahead and purchase our hosting. If you do not have a domain, you can purchase a domain name from us while you purchase a hosting package.

What Is It?
An SSL Certificate is a guarantee that data transmitted between your customer or visitor and your site over the https protocol is encrypted for security.
How do I install an SSL Certificate?
Our SSL Certificates are automatically installed on the server for you.
