Gas Card Sweepstakes Rules
Overview
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY for participating in this sweepstakes.
All entries for this sweepstakes must be received between 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on July 27, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on August 23, 2008. The winner will be announced on or around August 30, 2008.
Prize/Compensation
One winner will receive a $100 Gas Card redeemable at any gas station of the winner's choice
Drawing Process
One winner will be randomly selected using our computerized software from the pool of subscribers. Neither Magnify Host, nor any other outside source will have any control over the selection.
Redemption Process
The winner will be notified via email on or around August 30, 2008. The winner will be required to provide proof of eligibility (as stated in the Promotions Policy) along with their first and last name, complete mailing address, home city and state, and choice of gas card within one week of notification. Once all information is received and processed, the winner will be announced on our website and the prize will be mailed out.
In case of ineligibility or lack of contact by the winner within the alloted time, a new winner will be selected and the same process will apply.
